When you purchase this program, you will receive a four-day a week dumbbell routine. This routine also includes an optional fifth day, that we HIGHLY recommend if you're wanting to burn off that excess fat.
If you follow this routine it will give you the confidence in using dumbbells, help build up your stamina, and will start burning fat and building lean muscle.
